Ralph has a 30-year history in the construction field serving as the Director of Marketing for major civil engineering, survey and Architectural firms. Ralph worked primarily at the project conception phase involving site acquisition assessments, land planning and entitlement services. Additional depth of skills includes full project development leadership. Without formal college level training in the field, Ralph realized early in his life a natural skill and propensity for sustainable land development.
